Negative Question with 不 in Chinese language
The way to form negative questions in Chinese language is to add 不 [bù] after a verb in the original sentence. Then, repeat the same verb in its negative form. 不 can be used with verb and adjective.
Form: Verb + 不 + Verb
Examples:
OS: 你是老师吗?
[Nǐ shì lǎoshī ma?]
Are you a teacher?
NS: 你是不是老师?
[Nǐ shì bù shì lǎoshī?]
Are you a teacher?
OS: 我们去市场,你去吗?
[Wǒmen qù shìchǎng, nǐ qù ma?]
We are going to a market, do you want to go?
NS: 我们去市场,你去不去?
[Wǒmen qù shìchǎng, nǐ qù bù qù?]
We are going to a market, do you want to go?
OS: 你要吗?
[Nǐ yào ma?]
Do you want it?
NS: 你要不要?

Special Case with 有 [yǒu]
As you already knew that the verb 有 is negated only with 没 [méi] not 不 [bù], so when you want to form a negative question with 有 is:
Form: Subject + 有没有 + Object
Examples:
1. 你有没有电脑?
[Nǐ yǒu méiyǒu diànnǎo?]
Do you have a computer?
2. 他有没有女朋友?
[Tā yǒu méiyǒu nǚ péngyǒu?]
Does he has a girlfriend?
3. 你有没有做过飞机?
[Nǐ yǒu méiyǒu zuòguò fēijī?]
Have you ever been on a plane?
